Hanover House Rum Cream Liqueur began as a family tradition over 50 years ago in Founder and Director, Dorothy Morris' childhood home. Her mother, Marcia Valerie, would prepare her special recipe for family and close friends at Christmastime. Hanover House RCL is made in her honour.
Like her mother, in 2017, Dorothy began work in her own kitchen to share the enjoyable and well-loved Hanover House RCL with her family and friends. With over 21 years in the food processing industry, she decided to use her knowledge to develop and market a shelf-stable formulation to a wider community.
Dorothy and her family are proud to continue Marcia Valerie's legacy. Our hope is for you to share in the experience and love of our tradition. Enjoy!
